Refund & Cancellation Policy (PRB-5 Golf Academy)
At PRB-5 Golf Academy, we respect your time and ask that you respect ours. Lessons and assessments require reserved coaching time and scheduling, so the policy below applies to all bookings.
Lesson Purchases

All lesson purchases are non-refundable once booked and confirmed.

If you purchase a package, unused lessons are non-refundable but may be rescheduled within the time limits listed below.
Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice and apply the payment to a future session.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will be treated as a late cancellation, and the session may be forfeited (no refund).
No-Shows

If you miss your session without notice, it is considered a no-show, and no refund or credit will be issued.
Weather Policy (Outdoor Sessions)

If the weather makes the session unsafe or the facility closes, the lesson will be rescheduled at no additional charge.

Light rain or conditions deemed playable may still count as a session unless the instructor cancels.
Instructor Cancellations

If the instructor must cancel, you will be offered a reschedule or a full refund for that specific session (your choice).
Expiration of Lesson Packages

Lesson packages must be used within [insert timeframe, e.g., 90 days / 6 months] from purchase, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Expired lessons are forfeited and not refundable.
Payments & Fees

Payments are due at booking unless otherwise agreed.

Any applicable booking or processing fees charged by third-party platforms may be non-refundable.
