Shipping Policy (PRB-5 Golf Academy Merchandise)

This Shipping Policy applies to all physical merchandise purchased through PRB-5 Golf Academy (such as hats, shirts, bags, tumblers, and other branded items).

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.

  • During high-volume periods (launches, holidays, promotions), processing may take a little longer.

Shipping Time & Delivery

  • Standard shipping delivery times generally range from 3–7 business days after your order ships.

  • Delivery times may vary based on the carrier, location, weather, and seasonal delays.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and selected shipping method.

  • Any free-shipping promotions will be clearly stated at checkout.

Order Tracking

  • If tracking is available, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the label is created.

Shipping Address Accuracy

  • Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.

  • PRB-5 Golf Academy is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Once a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, PRB-5 Golf Academy is not responsible for theft or loss.

  • If your package is delayed or appears lost in transit, contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier when available.

Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

  • We will review the issue and provide a replacement or other resolution when appropriate.

Print-On-Demand / Made-To-Order Items (If Applicable)

  • Some merchandise may be produced through a print-on-demand partner and is made specifically for each order.

  • Because these items go into production quickly, orders cannot be canceled once processing begins.
